Metal diaphragm couplings utilize the high fatigue resistance characteristics of metal diaphragm materials

The diaphragm elastic coupling collector is a traditional collector that relies solely on the single end bearing of the motor to form a cantilever structure at the non load end of the motor spindle. When using torque sensors, it is necessary to pay attention to equipment issues, as torque sensors belong to power equipment, especially when dynamic torque sensors are connected to motors. The measurement of large torque forces requires careful use. The connection between load equipment and diaphragm elastic couplings, the connection between diaphragm elastic couplings and sensors, and the connection between couplings and power equipment cannot be ignored.

The unbalanced torque of the motor during startup and operation can easily cause radial vibration of the collector equipment, which can lead to uneven wear of the brushes and shorten their service life; Otherwise, the Slip ring and the brush ignited due to poor contact, ablating the surface of the Slip ring, or even damaging the elastic coupling of the collecting device membrane; In normal sensor equipment situations, the selected coupling is a rigid connection, with high vibration, low concentricity, and 0.05mm greater than 0.2mm. It is recommended to use elastic connection. Beyond this scale, rigid connections can be used. Secondly, when using the torque sensor, its equipment should be placed between the power source and load of two sets of couplings. The power load and load equipment should be firmly fixed to prevent vibration, otherwise it will cause the appearance to not work properly.

When regulating the external application of torque, the coupling should accept a certain axial force and bending moment, and try to prevent excessive external force from directly damaging the external surface and making it unusable. The diaphragm elastic coupling is composed of several sets of diaphragms connected to two halves of the coupling by bolts in a staggered manner. Each set of diaphragms is composed of several stacked pieces, and the diaphragms are divided into connecting rod type and whole piece type with different shapes. Compared with toothed couplings, diaphragm elastic couplings do not require relative sliding, lubrication, sealing, noise, and maintenance. They are more convenient to manufacture and can partially replace toothed couplings. Diaphragm elastic couplings are widely used in industrial applications, and in practical applications, intermediate shaft type is generally used to improve the offset compensation performance of the two axes. The couplings mainly include metal diaphragm couplings, serpentine spring couplings, Hyperboloid tooth couplings, elastic couplings and other new flexible material couplings.

The metal diaphragm coupling utilizes the high fatigue resistance characteristics of the metal diaphragm material; Make the overall coupling have advantages such as light weight, reliable operation, no need for lubrication, and convenient maintenance. The cone sleeve is used to connect pulleys with shafts, sprockets with shafts, and gears with shafts through cone interference fit, greatly improving production and assembly efficiency. By locking the screws, the axial positioning is solved. The expansion joint sleeve is a keyless connection device that was first used in Germany in the 1980s. It ensures stable mechanical transmission, does not cause mechanical damage to the shaft and wheel hub, is easy to assemble and disassemble, has good centering, does not require high requirements for shaft and hole processing and matching, and has many advantages such as overload protection. It is a joint product.
